Happy Dance Ensues

In other news, I got an A on my final for Zoology, which gives me an A in the class *and* gives me a 4.0 for the semester, putting me on the Dean's list.

Yes, I am patting myself on the back right now. And I'm going to celebrate by singing my heart out at Gomeroke tonight.

Semester. Done.

So glad, just took my final final and am done for the semester. Sold a book back and got some money for Christmas gifts as well, so it's doubly good. Now on to holiday preparations and house cleaning.

Baking cookies, buying and wrapping gifts, sending out Christmas cards (I got Black Santa cards this year from man vs. george. Very cute). All fun things I am looking forward to. House cleaning? Not so much, unsurprisingly.

And as we all know, Gomeroke is tomorrow night! Whoo hoo!

Sort of...

I'm studying! Sort of. Yesterday was the first day of Geometry, about which I am more excited after the first day than I thought I'd be.

The power is out this morning at my place, so I'm at a local java joint and am very nearly studying. I read two paragraphs in the book. That's a start, right?

I'm also highly caffeinated, so that should help me stay focused. Unless I've had *too* much coffee, in which case, all bets are off.

Anyhow, I'm going to put the 'puter to sleep and go study. Really.

It's OVER!

Except for that paper I got an extension on.

Finals Day. I plan to be at Ale Asylum for happy hour, we'll see if I make it there (I've been up since 2am after an early night in).

Hey, it *just* occurred to me that I could hit Gomeroke tonight! That is a very tempting idea. We'll see what I think if I'm still awake that late, lol.

4 weeks

Three weeks, actually, until I'm done with school
Oh man.
I think I just panicked.

Four weeks until Christmas time.
Three weeks until Finals week.

Yikes.
